Marin County Parks Annual Pass is a day use pass. It is good for one passenger vehicle entry and parking at Black Point Boat Launch, Miller Point Boat Launch, Stafford Lake Park, Paradise Beach Park, and McNears Beach Park.

When purchasing a senior or disabled pass for the first time, you must provide proof of age or disability after completing your purchase. Check the instructions in your confirmation email. You will need to email required proof of age or disability to PKRes@MarinCounty.org. Your annual pass will be sent after your age or disability status has been verified by Marin County Parks.

Park Pass FAQ

Each pass is assigned to one person and is non-transferable. The pass is good for one passenger vehicle entry and day use parking at Black Point Boat Launch, Miller Boat Launch, Stafford Lake Park, Paradise Beach Park, and McNears Beach Park. Each passenger vehicle can hold up to nine people. Black Point Boat Launch, Stafford Lake Park, Paradise Beach Park, and McNears Beach Park are day use only-no overnight parking. You may park overnight at Miller Boat Launch.

Holding a pass does not guarantee parking availability. Use is subject to available space. The pass does not cover any supplemental fees. The pass is not valid for commercial use, such as buses, or vehicles holding ten or more people.

Your annual park pass will be mailed within 7-10 business days after payment is completed. Payment processing can take up to 72 hours, depending on your bank. Please leave ample time for transaction processing and mailing if you are buying the pass to give as a gift.

Before entering the park, hang your pass from your rearview mirror or place it on your dashboard. The pass must be clearly visible from the outside of the parked vehicle.

If you have not yet received your pass in the mail, you can leave your email confirmation on your dashboard to avoid getting a parking ticket. Once you receive your pass, you must display the pass.

Your annual day use pass is valid for one year. It will expire on the last day of the month and year indicated on the front of your pass.

If you are 65 years old or older, you can purchase an annual park pass for a reduced price. When purchasing a senior pass for the first time, you must provide proof of your age, such as a driver's license or birth certificate. Once proof of age has been provided, you may renew your pass annually online or over the phone without providing additional documentation. If you are disabled, you can purchase an annual park pass for a reduced price. When purchasing a disabled pass for the first time, you must provide proof of disability, such as a Social Security disability card or disabled driving placard. Once proof of disability has been provided, you may renew your pass annually online or over the phone without providing additional documentation. When purchasing online, email proof of age or disability to pkres@marincounty.org. If proof of age or disability is not provided within 14 days of the purchase date the order is cancelled and purchase price refunded. If you have questions, email pkres@marincounty.org or call (415) 473-6388.

The Marin County Annual Park Pass makes a great gift for friends and family, employee rewards, or members of an organization. You can purchase multiple passes using the online app or by over the phone by calling (415) 473-6388.

Your pass is your responsibility-keep it in a safe place. We cannot issue a replacement. Contact Marin County Parks at (415) 473-6388 to report a lost or stolen pass, to prevent unauthorized use.
