To cancel a reservation, enter your complete confirmation number and your email address below.
Reservations may be cancelled at any time. A reservation that is cancelled more than 30 days before the event date is eligible for a full refund. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less before the event date are not eligible for refunds.
Tennis reservations cancelled at least 3 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.

Your reservation number is located at the top left of your emailed or printed confirmation. If you reserved your site online or by phone, a copy will have been sent to the email address provided.
The first part of the number is 9 digits long. The second part, separated from the first by a dash, is 6 digits long.
This number, combined with your email address, is used to find your reservation in the Marin County Parks reservation system.
A valid email address is required to cancel your reservation online.
Enter the email address that was provided with your original reservation, whether online, by phone or at a park.
Email addresses are not upper/lower case sensitive. This means that capital and lower case letters are considered the same letter or character. For security, the characters (letters and numbers) entered in the email field must match the email address on your reservation - regardless of whether the letters of either are capitals or lower case.
You will receive a confirmation receipt of your cancellation via email at this same address.
